Quiet and soft pools, great for unwinding.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The breakfast experience was particularly frustrating. the omelette station staff were rude, and I received a contaminated omelette despite informing them of my seafood allergy. Additionally, the lack of drinking water in the room was bothersome, as I expected more from a five-star establishment, including the absence of any mini-bar service and an empty fridge. The location was inconvenient for food options, requiring a long walk to restaurants.

Had a right boss time there! The staff were dead sound, always helpful when we needed something. The breakfast spread was great, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. Only downside was the noise from the busy road outside. Overall, well comfy stay!

Y’all, that outdoor pool was a real gem, perfect for a dip after roam'in ‘round town! The staff? Bless their hearts, they were so helpful, even got me an ironing board when I asked. That breakfast spread was finger-lickin’ good too, with plenty of treats for everyone. Only wish the city noise wasn’t so loud at night!

The spacious Deluxe Twin Room offered a remarkable view from the 11th floor, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was consistently fresh with a diverse selection, including delicious vegetarian dishes that changed daily. However, the room lacked a mini-bar service, and I expected a better variety of complimentary toiletries. Additionally, navigating the busy intersection to reach local dining options could be improved.

the spacious room had soft pillows and a great shower. The only downside was the poor quality of soap and shampoo. they didn't even provide conditioner.
