I recently stayed for two nights at this hotel and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff were attentive and provided great customer service that made me feel at home. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, and the front office manager even gave me a welcome fruit basket! The leisure facilities including the sauna, spa, and wellness centre were top-notch and the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were relaxing and refreshing. There were so many amenities in the room including air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and even a dining table.

It was very close to many shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary daily breakfast and the regular cleaning of our room. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

the gym was poorly equipped, which was a disappointment for fitness enthusiasts who were expecting a better experience.

Our stay at Concorde Hotel exceeded our expectations. The gym, pool, and breakfast were all excellent. We were impressed by the attentiveness of the lifeguard at the pool, who went out of his way to make sure the kids were comfortable and having fun. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The room had a minor issue with a shaky bed cot, and breakfast lacked fruit options. the front desk manager upgraded our room, providing us with a fruit basket and exclusive facilities.
