The staff were friendly and helpful, Gaje provided excellent dining service, comfortable beds, big rooms, Diwali celebration for guests.

Nothing not to love.

Located in the heart of the historic area, this hotel provides easy access to the local market and is also close to the airport. The magnificent property with cream and pink exteriors truly lives up to its name of being a palace. The rooms are spacious and well-serviced, offering a comfortable stay. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, as seen by their efforts in organizing special surprises and providing exceptional dining experiences. The food, especially the Marwari cuisine and pan-Asian fare, is delicious.

Some minor issues with the air conditioning were reported during the stay.

Exceptional service that made me feel like a valued guest in a friend's home. The staff, especially Mr. Lokender and Mr. Imran, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even surprised us with a delicious birthday cake! The rooms were spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the food at the Marwar restaurant was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip.

During Easter holidays, we stayed in a fabulous hotel in Jodhpur. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the occasion and really put us in the festive mood. We enjoyed the delicious meals offered at their Indian and Chinese restaurants. the location of the hotel was great, giving us easy access to all the attractions that Jodhpur has to offer. An added advantage was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay.

Honestly, there were very few things that we didn't like about the hotel. The only negative aspect was that some of the amenities in the room seemed a bit outdated, but this was not a major issue.

The luxury amenities at this hotel were exceptional. From the Spa & wellness centre to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves tremendously. We especially loved the massage services and the entertainment provided. The restaurant also surpassed our expectations, with delicious meals and exceptional service. we were impressed with the abundant leisure opportunities provided at this hotel.

While our stay was magnificent, we did encounter one minor issue. The packed lunches we ordered were not quite up to par with the rest of our experience.
