During my recent stay at Taj Mg Road Bengaluru, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of personalization and attention to detail. The newly refurbished room I stayed in had a fresh scent and even had real flowers on the writing desk. The walk-in closet in the bathroom was a great addition. The service was top-notch, with the concierge going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I realized I had left my specs at a shop, the concierge immediately offered to retrieve them and even arranged to have them couriered to me. This level of decision-making and accountability impressed me greatly. The all-day dining experience was also exceptional, with well-managed service and delicious food. I had a comfortable stay in a great location and experienced the true essence of Taj hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and always eager to help with a smile. The hotel is beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious and designed with great aesthetic sense. The bed linen and all toilet accessories were of the best quality. The ambience of the hotel is great and it is located in the heart of the city. This hotel is very close to the Trinity metro station, on MG Road and right across LIDO Mall. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide spread for us to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made our stay memorable.
