The hotel had beautiful design and well-appointed rooms, with great views of the ocean and lovely plunge pools. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the on-site restaurant was delicious. The facilities, including the pool and beach area, were fantastic. the manager was very visible and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was not ideal for those wanting to be within walking distance of other restaurants and shops. We had to rely on taxis to get around, which was a bit inconvenient.

The grill bar down on the beach is very expensive and not worth the money.

Spent my Easter weekend at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the hotel offered complimentary drinks upon our arrival and friendly staff from check-in to check-out. the location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and easy access to nearby restaurants. the infinity pool was a standout feature, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere for guests to unwind.

The food was overpriced and the menu was limited. we found that the service was quite slow, with long wait times for both ordering and receiving our meals.

While the beach access at the resort was a bit rocky, there is another lovely beach nearby with nice sand and crystal clear water. The hotel is also situated in a somewhat isolated location, so if you want to venture out to main areas, you'll need to rely on hotel transport or taxis, which can be quite expensive.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attentive and kind staff. the spa centre offered a range of massages, from foot to full body, and the outdoor swimming pool with its sun terrace was perfect for relaxing. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar area was perfect for enjoying drinks with friends. the private facilities made me feel exclusive and pampered.

My only minor issue was the lack of beach access for swimming, but the saltwater pool made up for it. this hotel is perfect for those who want to indulge in a luxurious and relaxing holiday with exceptional service and amenities.

We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Koh Samui. the Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations in every way. the hotel boasts stunning pools, including a beautiful infinity pool and a small waterslide in the kids' pool. They even offer complimentary kayaks and paddleboards. the breakfast selection was outstanding, with a range of delicious options including hot meals, breads, and salads. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with special mention to Zipui, Pepe, Bright, Ko, Toto. Our ocean view interconnecting rooms were spacious and convenient, complete with a bath that offered a view of the ocean. It was truly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.

As a solo traveler, I loved the variety of facilities and activities at the resort. From the kids club to outdoor movies, there was always something fun to do. The friendly staff was always there to assist me with any issues, making my stay joyful.
