We had a fantastic stay with this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool and gym were great, allowing us to stay active during our visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food in the restaurants was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, being near the main shopping area and offering easy access to explore the city.

Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about

The hotel had an impressive and luxurious ambiance, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I stepped inside. The room was fantastic, with comfy beds and a modern shower that made me feel relaxed after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options and local favorites.

The room had a damp smell, and the lack of proper ventilation seemed to be a hotel-wide issue. The bed was not up to par with the quality I've experienced in other 5-star hotels.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the President hotel! The food at the Thai restaurant was splendid and the service was top-notch. The team attended to us with great care and ensured that we had a memorable dining experience. The hotel also promotes the Clean India Movement, which is highly commendable.

Helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable room with access to a nice sauna/hammam. Breakfast buffet offers delicious variety. If you need a SIM card, the staff is happy to assist. a great experience with excellent service.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxury needs with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre and sauna were extremely relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool, with a view of the city skyline, was a great spot to soak up some sun. the nightly entertainment at the night club was fun.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome at the hotel. The view from the room was amazing, and the breakfast service was top-notch. The location was also quite convenient and made it easy for me to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in the city.

During my Easter break, I had a great hotel experience with wonderful complementary treats. I particularly liked the welcome cookies and pastries given upon arrival. the hotel's strategic location allowed me to easily access key attractions, and I enjoyed the fantastic views from my room.

I must admit the design of the suitcase stand was inconvenient and not suitable for tall people. It was difficult to take my clothes out without hitting my head on the rafter.

the overall ambience of the property was clean and inviting. the lobby was beautifully lit with diyas in the evening, creating a warm atmosphere. the hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff, were all pleasant. the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were always kept clean by the daily housekeeping service.
