We recently spent a weekend at a hotel in Thiruvananthapuram and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The breakfast was excellent and we particularly appreciated the complementary tea and coffee in the room. The hotel was also conveniently located near several popular attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While we had an overall positive experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. The regional cuisine lacked a bit of flavor and could use some improvement.

Communication issues during check-in and check-out.

The staff at Vivanta were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and even granted my extended check-out request. The hygiene level was superb, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, being just 15 minutes away from the airport and close to the famous Padmanabhaswami Temple. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The selection on the breakfast buffet was a bit odd, with a limited variety of options. I also noticed that the pool was often locked during the advertised hours, which was a bit disappointing.
