The location was perfect, just a short walk away from great restaurants and the center of Ubud. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, organizing scooters and a Mount Batur trek for me. They even took care of my laundry and returned it quickly and neatly folded. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fresh towels and water provided daily. I also enjoyed the collection of books available. If I ever return to Ubud, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff at Adi Jaya Cottages Jungle Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to fulfill all of our requirements with a smile. the rooms were modern and very clean, and the bathroom was spacious with both a bath and shower. the hotel's location was great, only a 5-minute walk to the city center, providing a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. the farewell gesture of providing us with a bag of pancakes was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning here on our next visit to Ubud or Bali.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was very friendly and pleasant, making us feel welcomed. The balcony offered a great view of the garden. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the middle of Ubud but in a really quiet area. It is almost in the center, just a 6-minute walk to the Yoga Barn and a 14-minute walk to the busy center of the city. The surroundings of the hotel are filled with greenery, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and functioning air conditioning. The bathroom is huge and the hotel provides stable wifi. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Guests can enjoy their breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful garden and pool.

Some sheets had spots on them, but it seems to be due to regular usage.

This place has it all! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They even prepared special meals for my baby and played with my little one while I enjoyed a meal. The spacious room had plenty of storage, a big fridge, and was kept incredibly clean. The pool area, with its jungle view, was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff provided fresh towels every time I wanted to take a dip, and the pool was always sparkling clean. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that was included in my rate - it was so filling and tasty!

The staff were very helpful with organizing trips and the breakfast was delicious and filling. the location was perfect for us as we were close to a popular yoga studio and a key local attraction. the room had air-con which helped in the hot weather.

The room had a strange smell and it could have been cleaner. the shower head had to be physically held while you showered, which was a bit inconvenient.

There are plenty of eateries in the area, making it a convenient and strategic location. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and plentiful, and the pool, while busy, was a great spot to relax. The rooms were comfortable, with the pool view room even having a bathtub. a great experience and highly recommended!
