South Indian breakfast was great with attentive staff. Delicious food and comfortable bed for a good stay. Wi-Fi was good and spa massage was wonderful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Despite reading reviews about late check-ins, I arrived early and was swiftly accommodated. The in-room dining was quick and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the city center and race course. The garden is a nice touch, providing a peaceful ambiance. At breakfast, I enjoyed the not too crowded coffee shop. The room was clean with basic amenities, and the bathroom was neat and tidy. Service was friendly and accommodating.

The express check-in process was not available which caused a delay in checking in after a tiring journey.

the luxurious amenities were top, notch and made our stay more comfortable. the spa and wellness centre was indulgent and relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect, and the garden area was a pleasant addition to the atmosphere. the location advantage was unbeatable, given the scenic views.

Cons , We had a minor issue with the room service taking a little longer than expected. this was resolved promptly by the excellent service staff.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered complimentary chocolates and a warm towel upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the view from the room was stunning.

The cleanliness was not up to par and the food could have been better, both being aspects that are important for a comfortable stay. while the experience had its ups and downs, it was an average stay.
