We had a fantastic stay at Welcomhotel in Pahalgam. The location was breathtaking, nestled amidst pine trees and with a view of the mountains. The rooms were beautifully designed with exquisite wooden work, giving it a unique charm. We enjoyed spending time in the garden, soaking in the natural beauty around us. The high tea concept was a delightful experience, and the food was delicious. The hotel also provided a smart TV with a Wifi connection in the room, which was convenient. We were impressed with the fixed rate for local tours, making it easy for us to explore the area. The laundry charges were reasonable as well. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, friendly staff, and great hospitality.

The only drawbacks of our stay were that the food at the restaurant was just okay, considering the price we paid. There was also a delay in getting the food served on one occasion.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness centre is a beautiful haven, with a sauna, steam room, and a wide range of massages, including full body and foot massages. the sun terrace and garden area provide a peaceful retreat, and the private facilities in the room are unbeatable.

The only minor issue I experienced was a slight delay in getting served at the restaurant. this was easily overlooked given the overall exceptional experience at this hotel.
