The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage, use the swimming pool, and shower facilities even after check-out. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of good dining options nearby. The location felt safe and convenient, with a wide and well-lit street. The daily room cleaning was thorough, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also had themed dinners and a swim-up bar, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet lane but still close to everything I needed. It was just a short walk to the bustling main street and the beautiful Kuta beach was only around 1Km away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who took care of all my needs. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that overlooked the pool. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, including the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel had great leisure facilities, such as a spa & wellness center and an outdoor swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park made it convenient for me to explore the area with a rental car. my experience here was nothing short of fantastic.

The noise from the neighbouring farm with roosters waking us up early in the morning was bothersome. the pool and pool bar lacked a good atmosphere.

The hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Bali.

Great stay during Xmas with my friends. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach, cafes, bars, and shopping. the staff were amazing and provided exceptional service. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the swim-up pool bar where we could relax and enjoy a drink. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. a great value for money and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

On the downside, the walls were a bit thin and we could hear noise from the neighboring room. Additionally, the cleaning of the rooms was sometimes done very late in the afternoon which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel offered a great breakfast and the pool was very clean and well-maintained. the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action, close to the shopping center and beaches. the staff always greeted us with a smile.

Friendly and helpful staff, with options to hire drivers for tours. Good buffet breakfast with various choices. Wifi available for free in all rooms.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the egg station. The location was perfect, near Poppies 2 and Legian street. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The BBQ meat buffet with live music was fantastic. The pool bar was a great addition. The small safe in the room was a nice surprise. The spa and staff were excellent.

This place is tucked away from the hustle of the busy streets, making it a peaceful place to stay. The location meant that I could get up, have breakfast, and run around for an hour buying lots of things and exchange money, and still be back at the hotel in time for check-in at 12 pm. The service at this hotel is excellent, with friendly and cooperative staff who make you feel welcome. The room amenities, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony, added to the comfort of my stay. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and drinks, and the staff was attentive and welcoming.

The only slight downside was that during one dinner, they turned off the music halfway through and put the TV on, which was not okay. Also, they kept changing our appointment times and saying they were double booked, so we had to hang around the hotel.

They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The cocktails were also a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.
