During our stay at a hotel in Ubud, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning ricefield view from our upgraded room. The hotel was clean and stylish, creating the perfect island oasis. We couldn't get enough of the amazing infinity pool overlooking a lush valley of trees and plants. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. The complimentary breakfast, available all day, was a delicious bonus. Despite a slow restaurant service, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast spread was super amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff went above and beyond when I hurt myself on a hike, promptly assisting me in cleaning my wound and making sure I was alright. Special shoutout to Laura on reception for her incredible customer service. The location was perfect, nestled in the center of the island, making it easy to explore popular tourist destinations. The hotel itself was surrounded by lush plants, providing the ultimate tropical island experience. The infinity pool overlooking the valley of trees was simply surreal. And to top it all off, we enjoyed free breakfast every day. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable time in Bali. The food was fantastic, the staff was professional and helpful 24/7, and the rooms were comfortable. It's perfect for both family and solo travelers. The staff were the real stars of this beautiful property, always wearing smiles and going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was so tasty and the variety was top-notch. And let's not forget about the pool, with its comfy beds, breathtaking view, and impeccable poolside service. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short distance from the heart of the city. It was easy for us to explore the popular tourist spots in Ubud without any hassle. The staff were very accommodating and even provided transportation from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with our stay.

The prices of food and drinks were slightly higher than what we expected for the area.

This luxury hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the service was exceptional; the Spa & wellness centre had well-trained staff who gave me an outstanding full body massage. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and relaxing; I enjoyed spending hours on the sun loungers in the garden area. the location advantages were excellent; the hotel was centrally located, and I could walk to major attractions and restaurants. the in-room breakfast was fantastic and exceeded expectations.

My only minor issue was the gym; I wish this hotel had one, it would have completed the facilities.

We stayed at Adiwana Bisma for 5 nights on a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main street and restaurants. The hotel manager went above and beyond, providing sandwiches when we arrived late at night. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The rooftop pool offered an amazing view of the jungle, and the rooms were elegant and spacious. The all-day breakfast option was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a hidden gem on Bisma street, with great spots nearby for coffee and dinner.
