Our trip to the castle of Muskogee led us to the perfect stay at Home2 Suites. the proximity to our destination was ideal, the pool was a nice touch, and the continental breakfast impressed with its variety. the attentive service during breakfast, the cleanliness of the facility, and the well-equipped room with a full-sized refrigerator stood out. Additionally, the efficient check-in, comfortable bed, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.

The bathroom had a hot shower and a nice hairdryer. The kitchen had a fridge and dishes, and there were coffee and tea options available. The hotel provided plenty of towels and had a convenient store area with a good selection. The room was quiet, with no outside noise. The hotel was also commended for being clean and smelling fresh.

The hotel had issues with the key cards, which meant that guests had to rely on the front desk to let them in every time.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Home2 Suites. The front desk was extremely helpful when our keycard didn't work, and they promptly let us into our room without any hassle. The front desk attendant was very kind and had to help open several rooms, but she remained patient and friendly throughout. The room itself was spotless and well-furnished, with great beds that ensured a quiet and restful sleep. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including a kitchen area with a fridge and dishes, and a shower with a hot water supply and plenty of towels. The recycling program in the hotel was also commendable. The overall cleanliness and fresh scent of the hotel impressed us, especially during these times when cleanliness is crucial. We also appreciated the great selection of fruits and refrigerated items in the store area. We were traveling with three sons, and the room provided ample space for all of us. Despite a minor disappointment regarding the closed pool, our experience at Home2 Suites By Hilton Muskogee was excellent and we would highly recommend it. it was a quiet, clean, and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Castle of Muskogee, making it a great choice for visitors to the area. the room was spacious, clean, and well, maintained, with friendly and efficient staff. Plus, the breakfast spread was nice, and having a pool on the property is a bonus even if I didn't get to use it.

One downside was the high pet fee, which seemed excessive for a one, night stay. Also, despite the generally clean and well, maintained room, my request to change a burnt, out lamp bulb was overlooked.

We enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the lobby, especially after a long drive. the hotel was located near several restaurants and stores, which made it easy to grab a quick meal or pick up forgotten items. Our room had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable, which made it perfect for our romantic getaway.

It was also confusing to have an attendant handle our food and there was no guide provided for the limited TV channels available. the staff at the front desk were sometimes not helpful, and it seemed like they were more interested in their cell phones than serving guests, which was also a disappointment.

From my first night, they swiftly solved a room issue. Wi-Fi, free parking, pool, fitness center, laundry. It suits my needs perfectly. Returning for holidays soon. Thankful for their excellent service.
