We stayed at a hotel nestled in the heart of the vibrant city, close to the bustling center. The location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas and immerse ourselves in the local culture. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and adorned with thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. The friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The complimentary breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, setting us up for a fantastic day of adventure. Additionally, the rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views of the city skyline and was the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon tea.

We did notice some wear and tear in the bathroom, particularly the bathtub and shower tiling. Although everything was impeccably clean, it seemed as though these areas could benefit from some renovation.

My recent stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites was incredible! The property had a beautiful jungle vibe, and my room exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had charming finishing touches.

Although the hotel is located 2km away from the center of Ubud, the free transport provided by the hotel was convenient for getting around. I also used ride-hailing apps when needed.

Adiwana Unagi Suites in Ubud is an absolute gem! From the attentive staff to the beautiful garden and pool area, everything was perfect. The spacious rooms with big bathtubs were a delight, and the breakfast options were delicious. Free transport to Ubud center was a bonus, and the overall value for money was excellent. We can't wait to come back!

The location of the hotel was perfect, being centrally located. The staff were incredibly helpful and sincere. The food served was delicious and reasonably priced. The facilities were top-notch and made our stay memorable.

The beautiful Balinese design of our room was stunning, and it was always spotlessly clean and well serviced. The hotel pool provided a relaxing and clean setting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The restaurant served delicious food that was excellent value for money. The spa was immaculate, and the Balinese massage we received was one of the best we've ever had. the level of comfort and quality service at this place was top-notch.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly exceeded our expectations and was one of the best choices we made in Bali.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and kind, making our Christmas stay truly special. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had some lovely finishing touches. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the center and its attractions. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was surrounded by greenery, yet we didn't encounter any bugs in our room.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. we noticed some wear and tear in the bathtub and the shower tiling, which could use some maintenance.

I have to admit that this hotel had some great advantages. the rooms were spacious and very clean, with cleaning staff coming twice a day. the staff was helpful when it came to arranging transportation and had a WhatsApp service called “Butler”, which was convenient. Lastly, the pool was a nice touch as it received direct sunlight for much of the day.

the staff seemed confused when I asked for recommendations on surrounding restaurants and activities. the hotel lacked information on nearby attractions.
