We had a fantastic stay at Avenida. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, bus stops, and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was kept spotlessly clean. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at reception as we arrived early and left late. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection of items. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay at Avenida again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel supervisor, Ayman Salah, was exceptionally helpful and promptly accommodated my request to split into two double rooms. The staff at the front desk, particularly Ameera, were also friendly and went out of their way to assist the guests. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the haram.
