My Relaxing Holiday at Bel Azur was truly amazing. I stayed in a spacious bungalow with a stunning sea view, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The room was always clean and the maid did a great job, even changing the towels daily. The lower pool, which faced the beach, was my favorite spot. The waiters from the lobby bar were so sweet and served us drinks throughout the day. The hotel also surprised us with sparkling wine and a decorated bed for my husband's birthday. The Tunisian set menu in the Al a carte restaurant was delicious, and the staff even sang happy birthday. The warm pools at the spa were a treat. I had a relaxing holiday by the pool.

In the La Pointe restaurant, guests can indulge in a variety of delicious meals and enjoy the lively nighttime activities. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Furthermore, the breakfast options are plentiful, offering a wide range of choices to start the day off right.

Some guests have reported issues with the management, particularly regarding their strict dress code policy for the buffet. This policy and the way it is being enforced has caused inconvenience and frustration for guests who were not informed about it prior to their arrival.

My stay at this hotel was incredible. The location was set right on the gorgeous beach in the middle of beautiful gardens. The service was top-notch, with a shuttle service and airport shuttle available. The room amenities were fantastic with facilities like in-room safe, balcony, mini-bar, and television. The dining options were endless with a restaurant, snack bar, and bar/lounge area. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a beautiful location.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the hotel's stunning sea view from our room, as well as the convenient location near the beach and other attractions. the friendly and energetic entertainment team provided a lively atmosphere and made our stay enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. we encountered some issues with noise disturbances during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a stunning view and we had a very pleasant stay. Chef Mehz was a lovely person and cooked us special meals during our stay. The food was great, the hotel was stunning, and the entertainment was enjoyable. Had a lovely time.

We had an amazing stay at Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows. the view from our bungalow was breathtaking, especially during our relaxing yoga sessions on the balcony facing the sea. Despite it being peak season, the hotel was not crowded, and we always found places on the beach and in the restaurant. the spa center was a highlight, offering fantastic treatments and massages. We also loved the swimming pool with its stunning sea view. the warm, clean water of the sea was perfect for swimming. the variety of food was always excellent, with plenty of options for grilled fish, vegetables, and fresh fruit. the hotel staff provided outstanding hospitality and service throughout our 10-day stay. Special thanks to the restaurant and bar waiters, cleaning staff, and especially Cha-Cha and Sabin from the hotel reception, as well as Sharifa from the spa center reception.

We had a good stay at this hotel. the staff was courteous and welcoming. We appreciated the complementary tea and coffee provided in the rooms and the daily cleaning service. the pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds available.

The food could have been better as it felt repetitive after a few days. the gym and spa fees were not communicated clearly and seemed expensive.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and the sea view was breathtaking. The private beach areas and swimming pools were fantastic. The breakfast spread was decent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The cocktails made by the staff were incredible.
