I enjoyed the beautiful setting with lush gardens and a private pool outside my villa. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt peaceful and relaxed throughout my stay. However, the wi-fi was not reliable at times, which was a bit frustrating. I had a fantastic treatment at the spa, which made my day feel special. I appreciate a cozy atmosphere, so this place resonated with me as a traveler from New York.

The staff displayed outstanding hospitality, always going the extra mile to assist, like helping with food orders late at night. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable, and the spacious room featured a fantastic bathroom that added to the comfort. However, pathways were quite slippery, which could pose a risk, especially in wet conditions. Unfortunately, the available meal options were limited, as the resort did not serve lunch or dinner, which could be inconvenient for guests. Overall, it’s a lovely retreat, but some enhancements could greatly improve safety and dining options.

The private villa with its own pool is a standout, offering an intimate and relaxing experience. The gardens surrounding the property are beautifully maintained and provide a lush backdrop, making it feel like a hidden retreat.

Moreover, the resort doesn't offer lunch or dinner, making it inconvenient for meal arrangements after breakfast. The price point feels a bit high for the amenities provided, especially since better deals can be found during non-peak seasons.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was like stepping into paradise. The gardens are so beautiful, just walking around felt like we were in a movie. Plus, the breakfast was fresh and diverse, and the staff were super friendly. We even enjoyed a Balinese flower bath to celebrate a birthday—definitely made it memorable.
