The staff went above and beyond, helping us change rooms and even carrying our luggage up the stairs. The grounds were stunning and we enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful garden. The full English breakfast was delicious and served to us. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and our room was spotless with a massive and comfortable bed. The quality of the linen used for the bedding and towels was top-notch. the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the food was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at Wood Norton was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hot breakfast was well-cooked and the staff were efficient in serving us. The check-in process was smooth and the receptionist provided excellent service, giving us a good first impression. We also appreciated the efforts made to accommodate our request for a window seat in the restaurant, which offered a lovely view. The beautifully tended gardens added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

We had a disappointing dinner during our stay. The food was below pub standard, with a poorly cooked and flavorless risotto, as well as overcooked dry monkfish on a slab of mashed potato.

Our room was wonderfully warm and located in the main part of the house. The meal at the restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a complimentary cocktail before our meal. Although they didn't have the right ingredients for our preferred cocktail, the barman improvised with a delicious mulled wine. We were also given a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room on the second floor of the main house. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the stunning grounds and beautiful venue. The hotel is situated on a hill close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The super king size bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were extremely polite and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, including poached or scrambled eggs and well-done bacon. It's the little details like this that made a difference and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

The Wood Norton exceeded our expectations with its excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, and convenient location for exploring the Cotswolds. We particularly enjoyed being able to easily visit Broadway and Stratford from the hotel. a great choice for adventure travelers like us.

An enjoyable stay but an unremarkable room in the Pear Tree Mews. We stayed in a room in the Pear Tree Mews and found it to be quite average. It lacked character and was quite warm. It would have been nicer to stay in a room with more charm in the main house.

The grounds of the hotel were lovely to walk around and explore. We also had a pleasant dinner in the restaurant, although it was a bit overpriced.

We were fortunate to come across this 4-star hotel nestled in the beautiful Cotswolds, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and offering stunning views of the idyllic countryside. The staff, from the receptionist to the waiters, were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV, added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

Although there were a few moments where the staff seemed rushed and struggled to deliver the level of service they aspired to, this place is still highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the Cotswolds. The overall experience of staying here, surrounded by picturesque scenery and being treated to exceptional service, made our visit truly memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and spacious room I was upgraded to. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, with attractive gardens and an interesting history. The fast service during breakfast was a definite plus.

On arrival, I was a bit disappointed to find out that my room was in a separate annex rather than the main hotel building. Additionally, the shower in my room wouldn't stop dripping and the hot tap made an uncomfortable screeching sound.

The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good selection of options to choose from.
