As a family with small kids, we found the beautiful and spacious villas at Alila perfect for our stay. The room was beautifully appointed and the large bathroom with a stunning outdoor shower was truly a slice of heaven. The fragrant bath amenities added to the amazing experience. The spa was gorgeous and the massages by the friendly and professional staff left us feeling relaxed. The poolside restaurant was a lovely setting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Adeel for his exceptional customer service. We will definitely stay here again.

Upon arriving, we were amazed by the breathtaking scenery and luxurious amenities provided by this venue. The staff were attentive, pampering us with an array of treatments such as facials, massages, and beauty treatments at the spa and wellness center. The outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden area were exceptional, offering plenty of leisure time for us. We enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast served in-room, but we were also offered a wide range of other dining options, such as a poolside snack bar, an open-air bath, a restaurant, and an outdoor dining area.

Although our stay was delightful, there was one minor issue that we encountered. The Wi-Fi connection was not the best, which caused some inconvenience during our stay.

The breakfast, afternoon tea, and restaurant were excellent. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Great activities and trips offered.

The swimming pool is a highlight, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. Guests can also enjoy activities like yoga and cinema.

The pool area can get crowded at times, making it difficult to find a spot in the shade.

The resort is an architectural marvel with a perfect blend of modern and traditional designs. the view from the pool and the breakfast are absolutely stunning. the staffs were very friendly and helpful. the location of the resort was perfect for a peaceful holiday, surrounded by lush green jungles and occasional visits from the monkeys.

The internet connection was weak at times, which was a bit disappointing. the resort was a bit remote from the city center, which made it difficult to travel around.
