During our recent stay, we were captivated by the serene beauty and peaceful atmosphere of this charming hotel. Set in a picturesque olive grove, Ksar Shama offered a truly unique and intimate experience. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable retreat. We especially enjoyed spending time by the enormous swimming pool, surrounded by the beautiful olive trees. The attentive and friendly staff went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, from serving a romantic dinner by the poolside to promptly delivering tea to our room. we had a delightful and memorable stay at this hidden gem.

The hotel is located near the Atlas Mountains which offers breathtaking views. the pool area is beautiful and well maintained. the food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced.

There is no WiFi in the rooms and the hot water can take some time to run. the staff seemed a bit unprepared to meet guests' needs, maybe due to the low season.
