The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to shopping destinations like Grand Indonesia. Breakfast on the rooftop offered an amazing view of the Jakarta skyline, certainly a highlight! The staff were friendly and quick to help when we needed anything.

The bathroom layout felt awkward, and I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough. Soundproofing was a bit lacking, as we heard chairs moving from above during breakfast. Service could be slow at times, especially with room service.

I appreciated the bolsters on the bed, which made sleeping comfortable. Room service was efficient. Breakfast had a decent selection, but lacked some local flavors. During my stay, I borrowed a prayer mat, and it was delivered quickly.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the Grand Indonesia and Plaza Senayan using the free shuttle service. Breakfast with skyline views was a highlight. The location is fantastic. just next to the new Airport link Metro station. Friendly staff assisted with luggage and room service was efficient. Loved the rooftop dining experience with city views. it made breakfast enjoyable.
