The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. the hotel was super clean with a rooftop pool that had a view of the ruins. Convenient bike rentals were available on site. Excellent wifi and the cleaning staff always left drinking water bottles at no charge to us. the rooms were spacious and had a nice jungle view, with the added bonus of waking up to bird songs in the morning. There was a shop across the road and several inexpensive cafes next to the hotel where we could have breakfast or lunch. Buying tours was easy, as they were available all around the hotel. the personnel were very nice.

My recent stay at Mx hotel was fantastic. The room was modern, spacious, and meticulously clean. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing bottled water upon arrival. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to colectivos and nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel had spacious rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool that offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. the location was also key, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a variety of options for transportation. And, the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel seemed to still be under construction during our visit, which led to some noise and inconvenience. some of the furnishings and amenities were not yet available or were in need of maintenance.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were extremely impressed with our experience. The location of this venue is outstanding, as it is within walking distance of the famous Tulum ruins, the vibrant city center, and the stunning public beaches. We loved being able to explore these attractions so easily.

Great location, close to Tulum ruins and Gran Cenote. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good Yucatán dishes at nearby restaurant.
