The location of the resort is great, right next to the golf course which is useful for exploring the resort. It is also just an hour taxi ride away from the island's capital, making it convenient for those who want to explore more of Bintan Island. On Christmas evening after dinner, I enjoyed heading down to the beach bar, located on the beautiful beach of Bintan. The view was stunning and it was a perfect way to end the day.

Other aspects of the hotel didn't meet my expectations.

I got great value for my money at Angsana Bintan. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect, with easy access to a clean and beautiful beach. The staff treated me with warm hospitality, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish.

Great staff, professional and respectful. Private beach was perfect, not crowded. Excellent massages at the spa. Two-bedroom suite was spacious for kids to play. Beautiful bay with clear water.

Spent Xmas at a fabulous resort with amazing facilities. the distance from the beach to our room was just a short walk away. the beach was clean and well maintained - perfect for swimming and sunbathing. the shuttle services were convenient and on-time - making it easy to explore the nearby shopping area and restaurants.

It was a bit pricey, with several services marked up considerably. some of the staff were a little less helpful than others, but overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort on a stunning island. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered. The resort offers multiple restaurants, swimming pools, games, and a private beach, making it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub and luxurious toiletries. Although the toiletries were in ceramic dispensers, they were of exceptional quality and left my hair frizz-free and manageable after a dip in the sea.

The value for money was excellent and our room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the ferry terminal, and the staff at Angsana were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The menu for breakfast could use more variety.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that fulfill all our exclusive needs. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were highlights, both providing breathtaking views. the private facilities were exceptional and added to the overall luxury experience.

One minor issue was the service levels which lacked a little in terms of reasonable turnaround times. Despite this, the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

We absolutely loved the pristine beach and the soft, white sand. The hotel staff did an excellent job of keeping it clean all day long. The food at Banyan Tree had a great vibe, and the room service at the hotel was top-notch. We also enjoyed the convenient shuttle service provided by the resort.

Felt warmly welcomed and had no complaints.
