I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient for shopping and exploring the city center. The staff were friendly and the service was great, especially the room service. The amenities were top-notch with a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and a garden area. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The staff were quick in attending to my needs and requests, however, there is always some room for improvement.

The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, making our experience disappointing. the hotel had no elevator from the parking to the lobby and no valet parking.
