This hotel is fantastic! It is very well designed and gives a welcoming vibe. The location is superb, close to shopping malls, massages, local vendors, and ATM machines. The staff working at the restaurant were amazingly helpful, friendly, smiling, and cooperative. They even did not charge anything when I lost my room card. the service here is great!

This place is not ideal for tourists or expats unless you are really into textiles and bulk clothing shopping.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the location was perfect as it allowed me to explore the nearby attractions easily. the modern infrastructure of the hotel was commendable, and the staff was helpful and polite.

There were a few downsides. the gym equipment was not up to par, and the indoor pool closed very early.

My room at Ashley Tanah Abang was comfortably furnished with clean and cozy bedding. The bathroom was also spotless and had extra amenities like moisturizer. I particularly enjoyed the TV channels, which included Netflix and PrimeVideo. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of Tanah Abang. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
