We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out procedures were quick and easy. The location of this place was very convenient, as it was close to a shopping center and easily accessible from outside the city. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and even better than some 5-star hotels we've stayed in. We also had a pleasant view of the mountains from our high-level room. The value for money was excellent, as the price was reasonable for a 4-star hotel with such a comfortable and clean room.

My stay at Atria Hotel was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The bed was better than those in many 5-star hotels, and the room was clean and cozy. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, not far from the city centre. It is near a food court, offering Magelang's finest taste in Alun-Alun. Additionally, it is almost next door to a shopping mall, making it convenient for guests to shop and explore. The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the front office manager offering his personal contact information for any inquiries. The breakfast served is delicious, with a highlight being the Bakmi Jowo.

The hotel experienced some issues with their lifts, causing inconvenience for guests.

Celebrating New Year at the hotel was amazing! the food was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. the view from the room was breathtaking, especially during the New Year's Eve fireworks which could be seen from the window. it was the perfect location, close to historical sites and surrounded by nature.

Despite the wonderful experience, the price was a bit high especially during the holiday season. the elevators were not working as efficiently as they could have been, which caused some inconvenience during peak times.
