During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the hotel boasted being close to all the best attractions, and they weren't lying. It was a great location for exploring all the nearby shops and restaurants. I also loved having a balcony to enjoy the snowy views.

The room was extremely cold despite having the heat on full blast. the towels were thin and felt almost like sandpaper.
