We had a lovely stay at a beautiful villa with stunning grounds. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was elegant and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. the breakfast included was delicious with three courses and great coffee. the value for money was excellent, and we would definitely return. the highlight was the warm Bali reception for our honeymoon and my partner's birthday, with a welcome drink, celebration cake, and special decorations. We felt humbled by the thoughtful gestures.

The outdoor restaurant had a beautiful view overlooking small padi ponds, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. It was conveniently located near the Monkey Forest area and the market, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were nutritious and delicious. The hotel also had two clean swimming pools and a souvenir shop for guests to enjoy.

The same-day dry cleaning service for special occasions like weddings was not reliable and caused some inconvenience.

We loved the stunning scenery and lush greenery that surrounded this place. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise! The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. They made us feel so welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and they were conveniently located nearby. We especially appreciated the refillable water in glass bottles, insect repellent, and hand sanitizer provided by the hotel. These small touches made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. We also loved how the staff lit mosquito coils outside our rooms every night, keeping the insects at bay. And let's not forget about the food - it was absolutely incredible! The chef deserves a special mention for preparing such delicious meals. Every dish we tried was excellent, and the breakfast spread was a delightful mix of local and western options. The staff were always happy to help, and their service was truly top-notch.

Although we had a wonderful stay, we did feel that there could have been better communication from the front desk. We had a few questions that went unanswered, and it would have been nice to receive some additional information.

The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and the views from the room were breathtaking. the staff were very hospitable and welcoming, which made our New Year's trip even more enjoyable.

On a negative note, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room, which detracted from our experience. the meals served lacked variety and we found ourselves dining elsewhere more often than not.

I also appreciated the warm welcome we received for our special occasions, with a welcome drink, celebration cake, and romantic touches for our honeymoon. Despite a few minor repairs underway, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff was helpful and kind, contributing to a memorable stay.
