We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a strategic area with easy access to all the attractions and facilities in the busy area. The staff provided top-notch service, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. They were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness centre. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this place.

Good price, convenient location for dining and currency exchange. Standard room and breakfast, okay internet. Paid IDR1500,000 for transport from the airport, IDR175,000 for return journey. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, refillable toiletries. Soft, comfy bed, lots of TV channels including movies.

Room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast had a variety of options. Good location close to restaurants and shops.

The gym and pool facilities were extremely small, making it difficult to use them. the walls in the room were quite thin, and we were able to hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms throughout the night.
