The staff at Best Western were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the food was freshly prepared. The pool was also a highlight, with its lovely setting and stunning views of the ocean. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, giving it a pleasant atmosphere. I had a great experience at Best Western and would definitely recommend it.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, close to seafood restaurants, shopping malls, and the university. Being situated in the lagoon, it provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a spa & wellness center. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as the beach access. The staff here was exceptional, providing excellent service and making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

The hotel is strategically located near the ocean with great views and a wonderful spot for watching the sunset. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a decent selection of food. the entire hotel was kept clean and tidy.

The check-in took a long time with the room not being ready until late in the afternoon. the staff was slow to respond to our calls and didn't seem very friendly.

The bathrooms are clean with hot water, and the hotel even provides information on the pH and chlorine levels of the swimming pool.

Navigating the tight parking lots can be slightly uncomfortable for those traveling by car.
