Excellent Service, Delicious Food, Great Location

I've just returned from a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful alpine village. The hotel staff were so attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the delicious food served at every meal. From the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, to the incredible dinner spread that left me feeling satisfied and indulged, the hotel truly knows how to please their guests' taste buds.

Outstanding food, friendly staff, excellent facilities including steam bath, sauna and swimming pool, great location for walking around Ischgl.

This hotel is perfectly situated, right in the heart of the village. It's just a short walk to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiers. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with modern bathrooms and stunning views. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to the day. the wellness facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool and sauna area.

The dinner options could be more diverse, offering a wider range of choices for different dietary preferences.

Great location for skiing, right next to the gondola, and near rental shops. Loved the food served during New Year’s Eve which was creative and well-presented. the staff demonstrated good training and professionalism.

The rooms are not equipped with a fridge which was an inconvenience. the coffee served during breakfast was too weak, and the morning meal selections were lacking.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything we needed. We could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the ski area. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. They even greeted us with a glass of bubbly! The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and wellness center. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna, steam room, and heated pool. The massage treatment room was a lovely bonus. Everything was clean, modern, and designed for ultimate relaxation.
