I had an amazing stay at this hotel for my wife's 40th birthday surprise. The owners kindly upgraded us to the suite, which had a breathtaking view from the window. The breakfast, though simple, was lovely. The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use any public transport. We were close to all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and responsive, ensuring we had a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at Ht N°9 Colosseo. the location was unbeatable, with a priceless view of the Colosseum from our room. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge and cozy bed. We loved the complimentary water and wine, as well as the convenient amenities like the coffee machine and kettle. There were plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the unbeatable view of the Colosseum from our room. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The breakfast could have been improved with a better selection of coffee and pastries.
