Our family had an incredible time at the Triplet Towers waterpark! the staff's attention to detail and genuine care made our holiday truly special.

My wife says that adding more shaded areas at the waterpark would be beneficial for families.

We had an incredible stay at this resort in Seminyak. The villas were beautifully designed and the pools were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even allowed us to leave our bags and use the facilities after we checked out. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The hotel had two nice facilities: a beautiful pool and a nice restaurant. Location was also handy, close to the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. the price was very reasonable, especially given the festive season.

The hotel did not offer any special Christmas festivities; there were no decorations or themed events.

The design of the resort was absolutely stunning, creating a tropical paradise that felt like a dream. Beyond Bayou exceeded our expectations, with picturesque villas styled beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the prompt room service and the delicious food served at the in-house restaurant. We highly recommend trying their floating breakfast, it's a must! this has been the nicest place we have ever stayed, and we can't wait to come back again and again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area was stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

One small downside was that the outdoor seating and pool area were a bit small and not as private as I had expected.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They organized taxis and room service through an easy WhatsApp message, making everything so convenient for us. The hotel even upgraded us upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with the staff taking care of us when we were unwell and even making ginger tea for us. They also allowed us to leave our bags when we visited another island and provided us with a shower before heading to the airport. The staff truly go above and beyond for every guest, making us feel valued and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here when we visit Seminyak in the future.

We wish there was a safe for our personal belongings and the mattress could have been a bit thicker. Additionally, the food service hours could be extended.
