I keep returning for my city trips. They helped me with luggage. I love the free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, and pool. the AC and sun loungers are great. Free airport shuttle is a plus. Plus laundry, breakfast, and a cozy restaurant/bar.

Beyond Bayou exceeded expectations with its incredible staff and clean facilities. the location offers a unique experience with thoughtful touches like UK plugs and mosquito sprays. the design and concept are top-notch, making for a memorable stay.

Loved the villa and the staff were absolutely amazing! Only things I would like to see in future is a safe for personals, a thicker mattress and maybe some better pillows, and maybe longer hours for food service- but that’s just us being picky! Overall Beyond Bayou and staff were absolutely amazing. the swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the nearby landmarks like Seminyak Village and Sarong added cultural richness to our family bonding experience.

Our family had an incredible time at the Triplet Towers waterpark! the staff's attention to detail and genuine care made our holiday truly special.

My wife says that adding more shaded areas at the waterpark would be beneficial for families.

Luxurious Villa with Exceptional Service

The villa was very clean, luxurious, and not crowded with incredibly polite and helpful staff. the floating breakfast was a must-try and the food offered was both cheap and delicious. I have traveled extensively and this has been the nicest place I have ever stayed in. the only improvement would be updating the room description to accurately reflect amenities.

We had an incredible stay at this resort in Seminyak. The villas were beautifully designed and the pools were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even allowed us to leave our bags and use the facilities after we checked out. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The hotel had two nice facilities: a beautiful pool and a nice restaurant. Location was also handy, close to the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. the price was very reasonable, especially given the festive season.

The hotel did not offer any special Christmas festivities; there were no decorations or themed events.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They organized taxis and room service through an easy WhatsApp message, making everything so convenient for us. The hotel even upgraded us upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was top-notch, with the staff taking care of us when we were unwell and even making ginger tea for us. They also allowed us to leave our bags when we visited another island and provided us with a shower before heading to the airport. The staff truly go above and beyond for every guest, making us feel valued and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here when we visit Seminyak in the future.

We wish there was a safe for our personal belongings and the mattress could have been a bit thicker. Additionally, the food service hours could be extended.
