The hotel is situated opposite the picturesque Ythan River, making it the perfect base for exploring the local area. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay - from the well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, including toiletries supplied, to the wooden Venetian blinds that added a touch of elegance. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel very welcome, and the breakfast, with a delicious fish option, was a great way to start the day.

We stayed at a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was very comfy, and we loved the little table and extra chair. The bathroom had a pleasant peach smell. The hotel is conveniently located across from the river, perfect for a stroll, and close to town amenities. They have a bar and function rooms as well. Despite not using them, we had a peaceful night's sleep without any disruptions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were pleased to find that there was plenty of parking space available in the hotel's car park. The hotel's location in the center of this city was very convenient, with great links to nearby roads.
