The location is just a short walk from the harbour, and the beds were clean and comfortable. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly driver who picked us up at the airport to the helpful ladies who carried our luggage. the hot water and water pressure in the shower were great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the fried banana. We also appreciated the free taxi service to the city center and the cute details of the hotel, like the little stairs and bridges.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, always greeting us with big smiles. They even kept our luggage for a day and a half during our excursion and offered us coffee when we came back to collect it. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. We also appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and the great communication with the hotel. The complimentary fried banana and coffee in the afternoon was a nice touch too.

We were able to visit beautiful nearby beaches like Pink Beach and enjoy breathtaking sunsets at Bukit Amelia. It made exploring Labuan Bajo so much easier and convenient!

My kids wished there was a small play area for children.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Labuan Bajo. the location was convenient, only about a 20-30 minute walk from the harbour. the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold, providing a comfortable environment. the staff at the hotel were a big highlight, always greeting us with big smiles and eager to help. They even insisted on carrying our luggages, which was much appreciated, especially since we were traveling with elderly parents. We enjoyed the homecooked breakfast buffet and the fried banana/ube was absolutely delicious. the rooms were clean and in good condition, with a comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in English. the complimentary taxi service from the airport and around the town saved us a lot of money. We even left our backpacks at the hotel while we traveled around the island of Flores, which we really appreciated. the hotel offered great value for the price and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Labuan Bajo.

They even stored our luggage and offered us coffee when we returned to collect it. The hotel had a unique and cute design, with little stairs, bridges, and plants that made it fun to walk around. The view point in the garden was amazing! The AC worked well and the free taxi service to the city center was very helpful. a great hotel experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the communication was excellent. We loved the complimentary airport shuttle and the fried banana and coffee in the afternoon. the hotel is slightly outside of the main center, but it was easy and affordable to reach by Grab bike or taxi. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Can't fault the property in any way!

The location of Centro Bajo Hotel & Resto is away from the town center, which turned out to be great as it was quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were greeted by a happy smiling lady who made us feel invited and wonderful. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and even provide free coffee and fried bananas from 3 to 6. The room was nice and clean, with a balcony to relax on. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were English-speaking. The breakfast, though basic, was very good and you could eat as much as you want. We also appreciated the free taxi service from the airport and around town, saving us a lot of money. We also left our backpack at the hotel for 5 days while we explored the island of Flores.
