The owner, Ken, made an effort to personally interact with the guests during breakfast, showcasing true Indonesian hospitality. The hotel's location in Central Jakarta was incredibly convenient, with easy access to attractions like Monas. Plus, the affordable taxi ride from the station was a pleasant surprise. Citi M Hotel Gambir truly exceeded my expectations and became my gem in Jakarta.
