The hotel I stayed at felt like a home away from home, equipped with a full kitchen and windows allowing for fresh air. The staff was accommodating for my needs and the gym and pool were open late hours for my convenience. Breakfast wasn't something I had time for, but I did enjoy some of the restaurant food, which was delicious. The location made it excellently for quick work-related walks in the surrounding area straight from the hotel.

Receiving customer service could have been more prompt, with longer waiting periods between messages for recovery of lost items.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the exhibition center and the business district. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the big Mosque and many restaurants, making it easy to explore and find delicious meals.

Spending Mother's Day at Arjaan was unforgettable. The facilities impressed me, the guest service was helpful, and the room was perfect for relaxation. Plus, the Lady Supervisor who assisted me during Sohoor was amazing and provided complimentary fruits. I recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much this place had to offer. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette which saved us a lot of money on eating out. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the facilities such as the swimming pool and the fitness studio. There was also a snack bar and restaurant on-site which was convenient. The location was peaceful which made our stay even more relaxing.

Quick and smooth check-in/out process with friendly and helpful reception. Kitchenette in room was a major plus for saving on dining expenses.

For the price, the value we got at Arjaan was totally worth it. The room was perfect - not too big or too small, equipped with everything we needed like a kitchen and a cozy bed. Plus, the location was spot-on for our visit to the exhibition, just a stone's throw away. But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Mr. Mohammed at reception. Kudos!

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe a bit more variety to choose from.
