The setting of the cottages at Citra Cikopo Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I was surrounded by beautiful lawns and a stunning park view, which created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location was also convenient, not too far from the toll gate. Additionally, all the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks with the room's equipment and F&B variety, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the Cipayung area is perfect, surrounded by beautiful greenery and breathtaking mountain views. The service at this place is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping always available to cater to your needs. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The hotel also offers a wide range of leisure facilities, including a spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and even karaoke! this venue offers enhanced comfort and quality services that make for an unforgettable stay.

The greenery around the hotel and natural scenery were stunning. the well-maintained garden was a pleasure to walk through. the location of the hotel was easy to find and located near the main road. the hotel also had a nice footpath for runners with a challenging track across the river.

Some of the villa equipment was old and not in good condition. the Wi-Fi was spotty and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The location of the hotel in the Cipayung area provides easy access to nearby attractions. Guests can conveniently explore the surroundings by trolley or gulfcar. The rooms offer a serene atmosphere with breathtaking views of the mountains. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Some guests had issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and found that they were not being cleaned regularly.
