We were delighted with the warm and friendly service we received from the staff at Conrad. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The team by the pool, Bonarta, Sudira, and Payu, were particularly great, taking the time to chat with us and share their knowledge about Bali. The suite we stayed in was luxurious and spacious, with a coffee pod machine and a huge bathroom. The executive lounge benefits were a nice touch, especially the afternoon tea and cocktail hours. The breakfast spread at Suku and the food at Azure and Eight Degrees South were absolutely amazing. The hotel's location in Nusa Dua was also convenient, with easy access to Bali collection where we found plenty of shops and restaurants.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the variety of facilities and activities available at this luxury Bali getaway. The attentive staff made our stay even better, and we enjoyed spending time by ourselves in the resort. The clean and well-maintained beach and pools were perfect for relaxation, and the location made it easy to explore other parts of Bali without dealing with heavy traffic.

We had a nice Easter break. the room was spacious, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and welcome drink. the location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the beach access and the beautiful scenery.

There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing these issues.

The staff provided excellent service and communication through WhatsApp was prompt. this hotel provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of two restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the hotel facilities, including the pool/lagoon, garden, and beach access, were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby in Nusa Dua.

What a luxurious experience I had at this hotel! The exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, infinity pool with a view, and beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas made me feel pampered and relaxed. The staff was attentive, from the manicure to the full body massage, and fulfilled my every need. The picturesque garden area, sun terrace, and library was an added bonus, making me feel like I was truly on a tropical paradise escape.

There was only one minor issue during my stay, the sauna was out of order. However, this did not disrupt my overall experience as there were many other relaxation options available.
