Excellent hospitality and service. Provided 2 cots for our family of 4 and kept them tidy. They arranged affordable pick-up service and had fluent English-speaking staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for families. The staff's prompt and polite service, along with a special service recovery, made our stay even better.

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung, I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms. The large pajajaran rooms provided a beautiful view of the city from the terrace. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The food, both from room service and the Mosaic All Day Dining Restaurant, was delicious and satisfying. I would highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Had a lovely Xmas stay, the free cocktail at check-in was a nice surprise and the cookies left in the room were yummy. the hotel is located in a central area, perfect for exploring the city. the view from the room of the mountains was stunning, definitely the highlight of the stay.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. the check-in process was slow and confusing.

As women traveling alone, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the fast wifi and cold AC. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub was a nice touch, and the hotel's location within walking distance to Braga was convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the center of the city and close to many popular areas, including a few popular eateries. This makes it convenient for solo female travelers like myself to explore and find dinner options around 7PM.

Although the hotel offered an upgrade to a beautiful suite facing the pool, there were some issues with noise from the neighboring rooms. This was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities were amazing, especially the Spa and Wellness center that left us feeling rejuvenated. the swimming pool was also fantastic with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful view. the restaurant served delicious halal food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink.

The only minor issue we had was with the packed lunches. the special diet menus weren't catered to properly, and the food wasn't as appealing as we had hoped.
