The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with fresh cookies and a fruit basket provided daily. The bathroom offered good toiletries, including bath salts and bubble bath solution. Extras like a romantic candlelit dinner and floating breakfast were enjoyable. The shuttle service to the nearby town was punctual and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English and the breakfast was exceptional, with a takeaway option available for early morning hikes. The complimentary tea service with a daily sweet treat was a highlight.

The hotel had excellent staff services and the villas were very spacious and clean. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the location was convenient, not far from the main city center. the staff went above and beyond to help with ferry tickets and even surprised my partner for their birthday. the shuttle service to the city center was also a great advantage.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. the air conditioning in our villa was not working properly, causing us to be uncomfortable at night.

The villas are in a peaceful jungle setting, quite near to the lively Ubud market. The bedrooms are spacious and offer stunning views of the surrounding wildlife. The staff provide excellent service, even delivering room service during a thunderstorm. The in-villa breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Guests can also enjoy a variety of facilities, such as a plunge pool and a larger communal pool a short walk away.

The lighting in the villa is poor.

We were speechless when we arrived at Dwaraka The Royal Villas! The traditional Balinese design and grandiose ambiance made us feel like we were in paradise.
