Had an amazing time at a family-friendly hotel with a pool featuring thrilling slides. The staff, especially Ms. Inggit, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and Ms. Ayu was always there to help. The farewell from Ms. Dea was a lovely touch. the perfect family escape with exceptional hotel staff. Definitely coming back!
