As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the excellent staff, who were accommodating and friendly. The outdoor pool was a highlight, and the pool bar offered a great atmosphere. The gym facilities were also good enough. The breakfast spread was excellent, with new items each day.

Felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful hotel, no reason to complain.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect - it's in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the beach. The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect for two people, with a spacious and modern bathroom and a huge, comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, including a large screen TV and a great shower. I also loved the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, which had everything from rice and noodles to fresh fruits and juices. The pool was fantastic too, divided into two parts for both adults and kids. the service and comfort provided by this hotel were truly exceptional.

The hotel lobby and chill out terrace were impressive. The rooms had calming colors and bright lighting, with a cool JBL Horizon alarm clock. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with good utensils and a comfortable dining space. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with decent-sized bathrooms. The staff is excellent and provides attentive service, going above and beyond to accommodate special requests. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options and is reasonably priced. The swimming pool is a lovely addition to the facilities.

Some guests mentioned that there were noise issues in certain areas of the hotel, which detracted from the overall experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was lovely. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the busy parts of Legian but still peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor issues during my stay, such as a problem with the room key and some noise from the neighboring room. However, these did not greatly impact my overall experience at Fairfield.

Spending new year at this hotel was overall okay but I liked the free snacks and drinks handed out during the countdown party. the location was also great as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the pool which was well-maintained.

The management failed miserably during the check-in process as the staff was unorganized and it took an extremely long time. the breakfast options were very limited and unappetizing.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting Edwin, one of the chefs at the cafe. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable. His attentiveness and service truly made a difference. The overall staff at the hotel were also very accommodating and polite. The pool area was amazing, with a swim-up bar and extra large pool. I enjoyed the extensive variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet, which included both Western and Asian options. The coffee was excellent and always made to order. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the internet was reliable and fast throughout the entire hotel.
