Lovely modern, clean room and bathroom at the Kings. The shower was great and we appreciated the provision of robes and plenty of tea and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Kings Arms Hotel in Keswick is a great find. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the town and on the main street. It's so convenient for exploring the area and accessing all the local attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive to details and made sure our needs were met. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a bath in the room was a nice touch, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. And finally, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The only small downside was the beans being served in a separate pot, but that's just a personal preference. the Kings Arms Hotel provided good value for money and offered a pleasant stay.

The room was very warm and had to sleep with the window open, which led to noise from people in town. The stairs to the rooms were difficult, especially for elderly individuals.
