The hotel also offers convenient proximity to the Senayan stadium. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a memorable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a kids pool, jet-stream, and delicious breakfast options.

The hotel can sometimes experience high occupancy during events and may struggle to accommodate guests, resulting in longer wait times for room service and difficulty in honoring specific room requests.

During my business trip, I appreciated the complementary bottle of water and fruit basket offered in my room upon arrival. the hotel's convenient location near a major shopping complex and public transportation made it easy to explore the city during my free time. I enjoyed the gym facilities which were well-maintained and had modern equipment.

The room was not as soundproof as I expected, and I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms which made it difficult to sleep at times.

As adventure travelers, we were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and amenities at Fairmont Jakarta. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Dani, went above and beyond to ensure our belongings were safe and even found a misplaced Rolex for us. The surprises on my birthday, including two cakes and a special singing performance, made my stay truly memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff was remarkable. The rooms were excellent with all the necessary amenities, and we even received praying mats upon request. The breakfast buffet was a gem, serving top-notch food. We will definitely return to Fairmont whenever we're in Jakarta.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was exquisite, with luxurious amenities and exclusive features that really made us feel special. the spa and wellness centre was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day in the city. the garden area and sun terrace were also fabulous areas to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and great weather.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the steam room, which was not as hot as we would have liked. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our overall amazing stay at this hotel.
