As a young family, we loved the exceptional staff who were always helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff, including Desak, Nana, and Suriyani, provided a warm welcome and gave us great advice on local activities. The chef, Suyeni, even went above and beyond by buying dried fish for us from the market. The hotel driver, Ari, was also fantastic. The facilities were amazing, with a huge swimming pool that was never overcrowded, a rooftop bar with live music, and a restaurant with a view of the pool. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering both Western and Balinese options, and the room with a pool view was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel even prepared breakfast for us at 5 am before our early flight. it was the best hotel stay of our lives.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars, and mini markets nearby. Despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. the room was spotlessly clean and the wifi was fast. I loved the refreshing swimming pool and the delicious breakfast options. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. They even upgraded our room to one with a big balcony overlooking the pool, which was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular hot spots, such as the main areas of Seminyak and the beach. Guests can easily access the main street and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities including a rooftop bar and restaurant that offers live music in the evenings.

The service can be slow at times, especially when it comes to serving drinks by the pool.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff at Four Points were truly amazing - friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to have around. Special mention goes to Dharma, the food and beverage manager, who made our dining experience exceptional. Anika also provided a warm greeting every morning, which made us feel truly welcome. the pool was great, and the room was perfect, especially the lovely bathroom. I highly recommend trying out the rooftop bar for a fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and top-notch amenities.

The location is wonderful, along a quiet street which is a bit deep inside, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy & famous area. The service was excellent with wonderful hospitality from the staff who were very friendly and courteous. The leisure spa & wellness centre is perfect for relaxation and the swimming pool area is great with super attentive staff at the pool bar. The rooms were clean, safe and cozy with all the amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and more.

The hotel even had a shuttle and affordable taxi options for getting around. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, especially when a family member fell ill. Helpful and friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us. Had an awesome stay with happy hour and a special shout-out to Rio for returning a forgotten item.

Spent the New Year at a fantastic hotel with top-notch service. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the Tom Yum Eggs Benedict and the variety of options. the location is great for those who want to be close to the beach and restaurants, with a short walk to the main street. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the pool area was a highlight. Loved lounging on the beanbags with a drink in hand.

Could use more frequent shuttle rides to the nearby attractions. It would be helpful to have more options to return to the hotel from Seminyak Square.
