The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service and always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We were also pleased to find a leisure swimming pool, where we could relax and enjoy the sun.

Great facilities, with spacious ballrooms and sports centers. the location is well-suited for business and leisure with a traditional food market in walking distance. the staff is super friendly and efficient with fast check in/out. the room is big, clean, and with a good selection of TV channels. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, definitely a great start to my day.

The carpet in the room can get a bit dirty, but it's a minor issue. the food selection is a bit bland, but this is easily fixed by eating out in one of the many nearby restaurants.

I had a truly delightful experience during my recent stay at Four Points in Makassar. The hotel lobby exudes an air of luxury, and the spaciousness is impressive. The receptionist who checked me in was incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The non-smoking room I was assigned was furnished with a large Samsung LCD TV and a comfortable bed. The amenities were well-maintained and up to Four Points' standard. Although the bathroom had slightly inadequate lighting, it was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. The breakfast spread was superb, offering an abundance of choices. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was convenient. I highly recommend staying at Four Points in Makassar.
