We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a small alleyway of the bustling Medina. From the rooftop garden, we enjoyed stunning views of the city. The staff treated us in the warmest manner, providing excellent room service and assisting us with any needs we had. We felt truly cared for and welcomed during our stay.

We stayed in a riad located right in the centre of the Medina, allowing us easy access to the restaurant we had booked in the dark and the bustling square. The room we had was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the Medina, close to all the tourist attractions. We loved the charming alleyway where the hotel was situated, providing a sense of authenticity to our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The check-in process was a bit confusing and could have been smoother. the noise level from neighboring buildings could be heard at times, which was a bit distracting.

The location of Riad Safar was a bit tricky to find, but once we used the secret garden as a reference point, we were able to navigate our way easily. The riad is beautifully situated within the Medina and just a stone's throw away from the Souks. It felt like a hidden gem amidst the bustling city. The bedroom was well-equipped and the central room/roof terrace served as a peaceful oasis amidst the surrounding noise. The staff at Riad Safar were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite the language barrier, they patiently helped us with everything from carrying our bags to providing recommendations for places to see and eat. The daily room service was excellent and we looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning. We even arranged for a meal at the riad, which was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Riad Safar to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Although the location was a bit tricky to find, using the secret garden as a reference point helped us navigate our way. Additionally, having some knowledge of French or using Google Translate would be helpful to fully enjoy the staff's expertise.

our recent stay in marrakesh was incredible, but our date night at the riad exceeded all expectations. the welcoming atmosphere, kind staff, and unique hammam experience made it unforgettable. we highly recommend staying at this hidden gem!
