I recently stayed at Microtel in Kitimat for a week. The hotel is modern with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen area. The staff, especially Molina at Reception and the night auditor, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and I loved the evening mac and cheese. The hotel also provided a BBQ area and a small store for last-minute items. a fantastic experience with great amenities and excellent service.

Molina at Reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even allowed me to use the kitchen sink. the night auditor at the night shift was also incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting me with packing and loading my heavy luggage at 3 am. the breakfast at the hotel was great, with a variety of options and clean dining area.

Everything was clean and bright, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist me and even store my bike for me. I was happy to find a waffle machine and yogurt for breakfast, and the hotel was very clean and new. it was a great experience.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The view from my room was just okay, with a window overlooking a hillside with basic shrubbery. However, the room itself was clean, bright, and very well outfitted. It had ample storage space and a comfortable bed. The kitchen area was nice, with a decent-sized fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was also bright and average in size. the rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The window ledge with a cushion was a nice touch.

The air conditioner had some trouble cooling the room. Despite setting it to a lower temperature, it only went down a few degrees over a couple of hours.

Additionally, the night auditor on the night shift was friendly and assisted us at 3 am in the morning to pack and load our heavy luggage into our car. Their helpfulness and sincerity were deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its better service than a 5-star one.

I got great value for my money at Microtel. The room was huge, modern, and super comfortable. The staff treated me like royalty, always ready to help with a smile.

The rooms at Microtel were a pleasant surprise. The beds were so comfortable, and the cozy bedding made for a great night's sleep. The spacious washroom was a bonus, and I loved having plenty of outlets and USB charging available. The cherry on top was the delicious continental breakfast with a nice selection of hot and cold options. my stay at Microtel was excellent!

Beautiful New Hotel: the lobby and the room were absolutely gorgeous. It was love at first sight.
